But today, the main character of our company’s newly produced heated animal costume is not a dog, but a giant animal. That is a horse!
It all started when a senior Canadian equestrian athlete contacted our client and expressed his wish for a heated wear that could provide warmth for the horse.
So my client immediately contacted me and relayed the needs of his athlete friend, hoping that I could help produce a heated horse blanket that had never been seen before. He also provided me with a very cute draft design.
Very cute, right? However it is obviously impossible to design a complete product based on such a sketch, so we took further communication to determine the functional requirements and size requirements of the product. Based on our design experience, we made optimization adjustments to get the final heated panel. Due to the huge heating area, ordinary household power banks are used as batteries, and we also provide special batteries for the power supply.
Finally, I cooperated with a professional manufacturer of horse blankets to manufacture the final product and put it into testing. The test results were also very smooth, and the product was successfully delivered to my customers.
